Your event will be complete with the optional use of audio and video equipment, stage lighting, a piano, covered porch and an extended lounge area. The Virginia Ballroom is supported by our professional kitchen with our skilled cook ready to create a special menu for your event. Capacity, 300.

The Rental of The Virginia Ballroom is an affordable option that we can negotiate to meet just about any budget. Set-up/Cleaning fee $200. Linens are $2 each. If we provide your food, the price of room rental is further reduced.
The Dogwood Room is a 2,100 square feet space that seats up to 150 people. With a small kitchen within the room, it is excellent for large meetings, professional development events, smaller weddings and/or personal parties.
The Rental of The Dogwood Room is another affordable option for a smaller group. Set-up/Cleaning fee $100. Linens are $2 each.
The most cozy space, The Cardinal Room, is a 860 square feet and seats up to 40 people comfortably. A mini-kitchen makes it convenient for private functions and is an excellent work space for smaller meetings or events.
The Rental of The Cardinal Room is a great idea for a small, intimate group of people. With a small sink and microwave, this is a popular choice for birthday parties and group meetings.* Set-up/Cleaning fee $75. Linens are $2 each.
